I have been asked for more information on the Flat Belly Diet, here you go folks, I have been away and am happy to get busy again for Spring time fun!

MUFA's

MUFAs are foods rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, healthful fats that research links to less belly fat and better overall health. The best part: MUFAs are found in rich, delicious foods like olives, nuts and seeds, oils, avocado, and (yes!) dark chocolate. Incorporating a MUFA into every meal is easy; we made it even easier by combining them with our favorite new supermarket products.

There are five major categories of MUFAs:

(1) oils,
(2) nuts and seeds
(3) avocado
(4) olives
(5) chocolate.
Eating one serving of any of these foods at every meal will help reduce your accumulation of dangerous belly fat; control your calorie intake and you'll lose inches and pounds, too--especially around your waistline.

Flat Belly Tips
7 days of healthy snacks:
Monday: ½ cup of peanuts and 1 apple

Tuesday: Rye bread and mashed avocado (mash the avocado with a fork and spread on your sandwich)

Wednesday: Herring on whole wheat toast topped with halved cherry tomatoes

Thursday: 1/2 cup of pistachio nuts and 1 banana

Friday: Marinated olives, your favorite raw nuts and some cucumber pickles.

Saturday: Baby carrots with guacamole dip. Try Leslie’s recipe with great instructions.

Sunday: Flat stomach smoothie: ½ cup of natural yogurt, 200 grams frozen berries, ½ banana, 1 tablespoon rolled oats, 4 cup of your favorite juice, a pinch of natural vanilla.

Remember Flat Belly Diet Rules!

Eat plenty of mono unsaturated fats

Olives and olive oil

Avocado and avocado oil

Oats

Raw nuts

Lin seeds and linseed oil

Sesame seeds and sesame seed oil

Herring

Choose whole grain products. The dietary fibers will ensure a good digestion and remove bloating

Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you can. They will give you plenty of nutrients without a lot of calories

Add some meat and fish to provide you with proteins to give you a full feeling.

Avoid sugar, white flour, white rice and alcohol.
